I have NO idea.&amp;nbsp; I had a scrapbooking get together with my friend and her family.&amp;nbsp; We totally called it as a pig-out crazy weekend...but My Oh My!&amp;nbsp; It was unneccessary.&amp;nbsp; Saturday night as I drove home, I just about broke into tears.&amp;nbsp; Not the usual, oh I didn't stay on course, feeling bad.&amp;nbsp; But a full out, why am I doing bad things to myself type of a sadness and breakdown.&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I will spare you the details of what all was ate....(not that it matters as this blog has No readers...but maybe someday it will- and you will NOT want to hear it. you might just go throw up from reading it.)&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I felt horrible ALL weekend.&amp;nbsp; Actually it started on the way out there, I got a Mountain Dew to drink, and BLAH!&amp;nbsp; My stomach was already hurting by the time I sat down to scrap.&amp;nbsp; Just a little, not enough to stop me from continuing to drink and eat myself into oblivion!&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I was thinking on the way home....and I realized that maybe that was my eye opener.&amp;nbsp; I have to take better care of myself.&amp;nbsp; Not just for weight.&amp;nbsp; Just for me.&amp;nbsp; Just so not to feel, full and horrible on a sugar overload, just so not to wonder to myself afterwards...do I really hate myself THAT much.&amp;nbsp; THAT much that I would just be so careless.&amp;nbsp; I felt horrible the whole weekend.&amp;nbsp; I was unmotivated, and I felt tired- no exhausted, and I didn't feel like being very social, and it was awful.&amp;nbsp; I was so not like my usual self.&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I am already feeling so much better, as I have been eatin much differently.&amp;nbsp; But not even back to as good as I was before the weekend.&amp;nbsp; Like for lunch I just ate a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.&amp;nbsp; Not soo bad, but not the best option either.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Guess this new lifestyle is just a work in progress for me....and WORK it certainly is.&amp;nbsp; I am sure I will figure it all out soon!&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Oh, I forgot too, I woke up today with my foot and it feels like the tendon behind my knee hurting.&amp;nbsp; I find it so odd since I did not do any physical exercise this weekend at all.&amp;nbsp; I sat on my bum all weekend.&amp;nbsp; So maybe I pulled it yesterday just doing minimal clean-up around the house, or what I am more thinking, is that it is a side effect of the sugar that is probably still running wild in my system.&amp;nbsp; I think they are pretty new, or at least this is the first I have seen them.&amp;nbsp; I really really liked them!&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;They are tasty and low in cals- 100, 1&amp;nbsp;gram of Fat, and &lt;strong&gt;5 grams of Fiber&lt;/strong&gt;!&amp;nbsp; The best part is they are pretty thin, so I taste a lot of meat, and not all bread!&amp;nbsp; Yummy!&amp;nbsp; I just found them at my local Fruit and Veggie Market (kinda like a Whole Foods)&amp;nbsp; I really like this program, and I think it is perfect for me.&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It is a guideline...not a diet.&amp;nbsp; Which I find more and more is VERY important for my soul.&amp;nbsp; lol.&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Diets + Melissa = DISASTER&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I love this guideline for many reasons.&amp;nbsp; Like for the fact that Olives are on the top rung of the ladder.&amp;nbsp; And Milk and Soy Sauce (two of my other favorites) are on the second rung.&amp;nbsp; And they don't tell me NOT to have cheese, or a glass of Coca Cola Classic (MMMM Drooling just thinking about it).&amp;nbsp; They just basically tell me that if I want to have a good diet and body, eat mostly in the top two rungs... Then today, I got up late again (although earlier than yesterday).&amp;nbsp; But it all works.&amp;nbsp; The workouts I still get in.&amp;nbsp; I just have plans to have a little me time after my shower, before the kids wake up and I have not got there yet.&amp;nbsp; However, I was pretty proud of myself that this morning, since I woke up earlier than yesterday- I did both Turbo Sculpt and the 20 minute workout instead of just Turbo Sculpt.&amp;nbsp; I figured I would still be in the same boat.&amp;nbsp; And I was.&amp;nbsp; Right as I was posting online my workout stats, Cam started babbling and I made him a bottle and gave it to him before I hopped into the shower.&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The days I are much better around here... with me having gotten up before the kids, worked out, and showered.&amp;nbsp; However, I have thought about this, and I really think that I will want to keep going, and that I should keep going. Something to strive for. I know those additional 20 pounds will probably be hard for me. And I forsee myself taking those 20 pounds and putting them back on again, over and over. And I am OK with that. I will be in a healthy weight, and I will still look good. But I think it is important in life to be sure that you do not just get complacent. ( i realize this is one of the ways I have gotten where I am at today). So it is good to always have something more to strive for. I become completely entirely obsessed with it.&amp;nbsp; (I do realize that this may be a un-healthy&amp;nbsp;personality trait.&amp;nbsp; But, I am going to conquer this unhealthy body habit first..then I will think about&amp;nbsp;looking into my other flaws.)
